子午流注纳子法穴位注射灯盏细辛对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经电生理及血清炎症指标的影响

Effect of Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method acupoint injection of Dengzhan Xixin on nerve electrophysiology and serum inflammatory biomarkers in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察子午流注纳子法穴位注射灯盏细辛对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经电生理及血清炎症指标的影响。方法将76例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,对照组38例给予常规治疗,研究组38例给予子午流注纳子法穴位注射灯盏细辛联合常规治疗,2组均持续治疗4周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后神经电生理检查结果、治疗前后血清炎性指标水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组正中神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、腓肠神经SCV、正中神经运动神经传导速度(MCV)和腓总神经MCV均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),且研究组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论子午流注纳子法穴位注射灯盏细辛治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可明显改善神经电生理功能,降低血清炎症指标水平,疗效显著。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method acupoint injection of Dengzhan Xixin on nerve electrophysiology and serum inflammatory biomarkers in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 76 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group （ n = 38 ） were given routine therapy, the study group （n = 38 ） were given Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method acupoint injection of Dengzhan Xixin with conventional therapy, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, examination results of nerve electrophysiology and serum inflammatory biomarkers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The sensory nerve conduction velocity （SCV） of median nerve, SCV of sural nerve, median nerve motor nerve conduction velocity （MCV） of median nerve, and MCV of total nerve were significantly increased than before treatment in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the increase were more significantly in study group than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The levels of hypersensitive c-reactive protein （ hs- CRP） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α） were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels in study group were significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method acupoint injection of Dengzhan Xixin can obviously improve the function of nerve electro- physiology, decrease the levels of serum inflammatory biomarkers in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the curative effect is remarkable.
