协商民主是中国民主政治发展的民主价值偏好,而人民政协协商民主则是中国协商民主建设的优先选择。充分发挥政协协商的民主价值需要推动人民政协协商民主的与时俱进:这不仅需要加强政协协商与社会协商之间的有效对接,同时更需要加强政协协商与党委和政府工作的有效衔接,通过"普通公民—政协公民论坛—人民政协"之间的"上下联动"和"人民政协—政党—政府"之间的"左右互动",共同形成一个"普通公民—政协公民论坛—人民政协—政党—政府"的"多维互动"结构。

Deliberative democracy is the democratic value preference of the development of China＇s democratic politics.And the deliberative democracy of the CPPCC is the priority of China＇s deliberative democracy building.h need to promote the deliberative democracy of the CPPCC in order to fully realize the democratic values of the CPPCC.To be more specific, it needs to Strengthen the effective convergence between the consultation of CPPCC and social deliberation.And it still needs to strengthen the effective coordination of the CPPCC with the Party committee and government. Through the ＂ citizens-the CPPCC citizens Forum-the CPPCC＂ to realize the top-down linkage,and through the ＂ the CPPCC-the CCP-the government＂to realize the Left-right interaction.So as to form a Multi-pronged interaction structure of ＂ordinary citizens -the CPPCC citizens Forum -the CPPCC -the CCP -the government＂.
