牙体牙髓病的多次根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的效果对比

Comparison of the effects of multiple and disposable root canal therapies in the treatment of dental pulp diseases

目的:比较对牙体牙髓病患者采用多次根管疗法与一次性根管疗法的效果。方法:收集2014年3月—2016年8月治疗的牙体牙髓病患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组接受多次根管治疗,观察组接受一次性根管治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度评分以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后观察组的总有效率为96.0%(24/25),对照组为72.0%(18/25),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善疼痛方面,观察组的优良率为92.0%(23/25),对照组为64.0%(16/25),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为12.0%(3/25),明显低于对照组的40.0%(10/25,P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管治疗能使牙体牙髓病患者获得更佳疗效,并降低治疗后的疼痛程度和并发症发生率,有助于患者的预后,值得推广应用。

Objective： To compare the effect of multiple and disposable root canal therapies in the treatment of the patients with dental pulp diseases. Methods： Fifty cases of dental pulp disease treated in the hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were collected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 25 cases each. The control group received multiple root canal therapy and the observation group received disposable root canal treatment. The clinical treatment effects, pain scores and rates of complications were compared. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 96.0%（24/25） and that of the control group was 72.0%（18/25） and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the improvement of pain, the excellent rate of the observation group was 92%（23/25） and that of the control group was 64%（16/25） and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 12%（3/25）, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 40.0% （10/25, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Disposable root canal therapy can make patients with dental pulp disease get better treatment effect and reduce the degree of pain and complications after treatment, which helps to improve their prognosis and it is worthy of popularization and application.
