Teaching and Learning of Higher Vocational Education Under New Situations

教学是一项系统工程,它包括教学、学习及对教学与学习辩证统一过程的管理三个方面的内容。要真正做好教学工作,就要紧紧抓住教师和学生这两个基本要素,改革陈旧的教学方式,制定科学合理的培养方案,对教师授课水平和学生基础进行有效评估,以学生的认知结构为起点来组织教学,将艺术、科技与教学相融合,实施行为引导式教学,让所有的学生都体验到学习的快乐。

Teaching is a systematic proJect. It includes three aspects of content： teaching, learning and management of dialectical unified teaching and learning process. To really do a good job in teaching, it should grasp the two basic elements of teachers and students, reform the old teaching methods, formulate scientific and reasonable training plan, evaluate the level of teaching and students＇ foundation. Taking the cognitive structure of students as the starting point, it integrates art, science and technology, and teaching, conducts behavior guided teaching, and lets all the students experience the joy of learning.
