摘要 保险法作为提高高职保险相关专业学生职业素养,提升岗位自律能力的重要课程,目前存在教学效果不理想、学与用转化不顺畅等问题。针对目前保险法的教学现状,以建构主义学习理论为指导,尝试对课程实施改革,探索符合学生认知需求的教学设计,并体现在教学目标、教学内容及教学方法中,以期促进学生专业技能的优化提升和可持续发展。 As an important course to improve insurance related students' professional qualities, and promote their self-discipline ability, the teaching effect of the insurance law course isn't ideal, and the learning and using transformation is not smooth. Aiming at the teaching status quo of insurance law, guided by the constructivism learning theory, it attempts to reform the curriculum, to explore the teaching design to meet the demand of students' cognition, and embody it in the teaching goal, teaching content and teaching method, in order to promote the students' professional skills and sustainable development.
