摘要 顶层设计是从全局角度,对某项任务或者某个项目各方面、各层次、各要素进行系统地统筹规划,以集中有效资源高效快捷实现目标。随着高职教育教学改革的持续深入,"顶层设计"对保证教学改革的统一性、系统性和高效性具有重要意义。以大连职业技术学院为例,详细阐述了如何对教学改革理念、教学改革项目及改革实施保障机制等要素进行自上而下的顶层设计,为探索高职院校层面深化教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量提供了可借鉴的路径和方法。 From a global perspective, the top-down design, systematically plans a task or a project from all aspects, all levels and all elements, in order to collect the effective resources to achieve the goal rapidly. With the continuous deep reform of higher vocational education, the top-down design is of great significance to ensure the uniformity, systematieness and efficiency. Taking Dalian Vocational Technical College as an example, it elaborates how to implement the top-down design of teaching reform concept, project and safeguard mechanism of reform implementation, and provides the methods for deepening teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and improving the quality of talent training.
