高职院校毕业生就业的主体责任体系研究——以沈阳职业技术学院为例

On the Main Responsibility System of Employment for Higher Vocational College Graduates

近年来,由于高等教育大众化、世界金融危机和产业结构调整等复杂因素影响,高职院校毕业生就业问题已成为社会关注的焦点问题,也是高等职业教育研究领域的热点问题。通过研究,分析高职院校毕业生就业质量评价现状及存在的主要问题,探究并建立"四位一体"的就业主体责任体系,有利于高职院校的可持续发展,有利于高职毕业生合理流动和优化配置。

Due to the influence of the popularization of higher education, the global financial crisis and the industrial restructuring, in recent years the employment of higher vocational graduals has recently become a social focus and hot topic the vocational education research field. By analyzing the present situation of employment quality and problems of the graduates, it explores and establishes the ＂four-in-one＂ main responsibility system of employment, and this is conducive to the sustainable development of vocational colleges and the rational flow and optimized allocation of higher vocational graduates.
