基于需求分析的大学生创业教育实证研究——以T高职院校调研数据为例 被引量:2

摘要 从"需求分析"理论出发,以一所地方高职院校为样本,采用问卷和访谈等方式,对高职院校的创业教育的创业满意度、影响因素及创业者动机、理念等进行了调查研究。结果显示:学生对学校的创业教育基本认可,学生更加关注创业教育的实践环节,创业者的信赖主要以亲缘信任和地缘信任为主,高职学生对政府和学校支持体系的需求主要表现为对创业基金扶持的需求等;同时,创业教育课程体系的设计、创业兴趣的引导、创业载体和课程的多样化、师资水平等因素,显著正向影响了学生对创业教育的总体满意度。 Based on the demand analysis theory, taking a local vocational college as the research sample, using the methods of questionnaires and interviews, (his article researches into entrepreneurial satisfaction, influencing factors, entrepreneurial motivation, ideas, etc. The results show that: the students approve the entrepreneurship education, the students pay more attention to the practice of entrepreneurship education; the entrepreneur's trust is mainly related to the relative trust and the geographic trust; the demand of higher vocational students for the government and school support system is mainly venture capital support; at the same time, all the factors including the design of the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education, the guidance of entrepreneurial interest, the diversification of the entrepreneurship carrier and the curriculum, the level of teachers, and so on, have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of students with entrepreneurship education.
