高职学生职业价值观教育对策思考

Reflection on Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Students' Career Values Education

随着我国经济的发展,人们价值理念呈现出多元化。高职学生的职业价值观不仅关系到自身的成长成才,且直接关系到我国的经济发展。目前高职院校职业价值观教育存在职业价值观教育理念不能适应多元化的社会需求,职业价值观教育形式单一,缺乏与实践的结合,尚未建立起完整的职业价值观教育体系等问题。为此,要实施形式多样的教育方式,建立健全高职院校职业价值观教育制度,拓展职业价值观教育平台。

With the development of our country＇s economy, people＇s values are diversified. Career values of higher vocational students are not only related to their own growth and success, but also directly related to the economic development of our country. At present in career values education in higher vocational colleges, the educational concept of career values is not suitable for the diversified social needs, the teaching form is single and lacks the combination with practice, and the complete educational system is not established. Therefore, it needs to implement the various educational ways, establish the complete educational system, and broaden the educational platform of career values.
