摘要
2型糖尿病是冠心病的危险因素,合并糖尿病的冠心病患者存在多种代谢紊乱。不论是口服药物治疗、经皮冠状动脉介入术还是冠状动脉旁路移植术,选择合适的治疗方式,才是治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的关键。现就冠心病合并糖尿病患者的治疗策略选择进行阐述。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is one of risk factors of coronary heart disease .There are many kinds of metabolic disorders in pa-tients with both in coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus .Regardless of oral medical therapy ,percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass graft surgery ,it is critical to choose proper treatment .This article expounds the treatment strategy of both in coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus .
