心肌干细胞在心肌修复中的研究

摘要 目前对于心肌梗死的治疗主要是药物溶栓、经皮冠状动脉介入术和心脏搭桥等方式,开通闭塞血管,恢复心肌再灌注进而改善心肌缺血,挽救濒死心肌。然而,对已经坏死心肌却无再生作用。心肌干细胞的出现颠覆了心脏是终末分化器官的传统观点,为心肌细胞再生带来了新希望。 Current strategies for treating acute myocardial infarction include thrombolytic drugs , percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass grafting .The aims of all kinds of treatments are to save the myocardium in the ischemic zone by restoring blood flow of the occluded coronary artery and getting the heart perfused .However ,none of the above have shown any effect with necrotic myocardi-um.The recent findings of stem cells studies may change the current theory that the heart is the terminal differentiation organ of stem cells and give us a hope on cardiac myocytes regeneration .
