摘要
心脏和肾脏是人体的两个重要器官,生理情况下相互依存,病理状态下相互影响,一旦一个器官发生病变,另一器官常常受到累及,心肾综合征就是这两个器官共同损害的临床综合征,通常预后很差,近年来引起了广泛关注。现就心肾综合征的发病机制、生物标志物及治疗进行综述。
The heart and kidneys are important organs of the body. Concerning an individual＇s overall health, they both contribute to the wellbeing of the whole body. However if either falls ill, the other organ often frequently suffers. Cardiorenal syndrome is the condition in which these two organs negatively affect each other. Cardiorenal syndrome has been widely recognized in recent years. This review summarizes the pathogenesis of eardiorenal syndrome, novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
