摘要 扩张型心肌病是一类以单侧或双侧心室扩大伴收缩功能障碍为特征的心肌疾病。它是导致心力衰竭和心源性猝死的常见原因之一,严重危害人类健康,现就扩张型心肌病研究进展进行综述。 Dilated cardiomyopathy is defined as the unilateral and bilateral expanded chambers of the heart accompanied by myocar- dial systolic dysfunction. It is a common cause of heart failure and sudden cardiac death ,which causes serious harm to human health. This paper reviews the progress in dilated cardiomyopathy.
