摘要
采用氧化-还原体系制备了一种丙烯酸树脂——PGMA/PMMA树脂,用于金相试样镶嵌料。主要考察不同引发剂/促进剂配比和不同溶剂单体配比对固化树脂热性能、固化时间、体积收缩率和拉伸强度的影响。测试结果表明,两种溶剂单体发生了共聚合反应,当引发剂/促进剂=5,GMA/MMA=1∶3时,树脂固化时间29 min,玻璃化转变温度为112.99℃,体积收缩率小于8%,力学性能优异,适用于金相检测镶嵌料。
An acrylic resin PGMA/PMMA for metallographic specimen was prepared by oxidation-reduction system.The influence of different ratio of initiator/promoter and different ratio of solvent monomer on thermal performance,curing time,volume shrinkage and tensile strength were tested. Results showed that there was a copolymerization reaction between GMA and MMA,when initiator/promoter = 5,GMA/MMA = 1 ∶ 3,the curing time was 29 min,the Tg was112. 99 ℃,the volume shrinkage was less than 8%,performance of resin was good. It was suitable for mounting materials in the process of preparation of metallographic sections.
