飞机草-裸花紫珠联合用于止血抗炎的药效学研究

Study on Co-administration of Chromolaena odoratam L. and Callicarpa nudiflorae Hook. for Hemostasis and Anti-inflammation Treatment

研究联合给予飞机草-裸花紫珠止血抗炎的药理作用。采飞机草、裸花紫珠叶,制成质量比为1∶1、1∶2的混合粉和水浸液,进行耳缘动脉止血、体外凝血试验、二甲苯所致炎症的抗炎试验;观察对小鼠足肿胀组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响。飞机草-裸花紫珠1∶2配伍组较单用其中一种能更好的止血及促凝血,较单用飞机草能显著减少炎症组织中PGE2、5-HT含量。飞机草-裸花紫珠1∶2比例配伍比单用其中一种具有更佳的止血、促凝血效果,具有更好的抗炎及抑制炎症因子的双重药理学作用。

To explore the pharmacodynamic effect of co-administration of Chromolaena odoratam L.（ C odoratam L.） and Callicarpa nudiflorae Hook.（ C nudiflorae Hook.） on hemostatic and anti-inflammation,the effect of co-administration of C odoratam L. and C nudiflorae Hook. on hemostatic were observed by ear marginal artery hemostatic test. The effect on anti-inflammation was observed by mice swelling test induced by xylene. The content of inflammatory mediator PGE2 and 5-HT were examined in carrageena induced mice paw edema. The effect of co-administration of C odoratam L. and C nudiflorae Hook. by 1 ∶ 2 ratio had better effect on anti-inflammation induced by xylene than administrated alone,and can significantly reduce the content of PGE2 and 5-HT than C odoratam L. administrated alone in inflammatory tissue. co-administration of C odoratam L. and C nudiflorae Hook. by 1∶2 ratio had the better hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects than administrated alone.
