摘要 高酸气田湿输高含硫天然气管线安全问题一直是气田高度关注的焦点。本文以四川某气田为例对高含硫气田集气站酸气管线进行了跟踪,详细的调研,全面检验,通过统计12个集气站的检验检测数据表明:在生产管、计量管、排污管、放空管线等不同部位出现了不同程度的管线内表面腐蚀,总结出高酸气田管线内腐蚀情况,分析了引起腐蚀的原因和机理,并提出了处理意见,有效地保证了高酸气田的安全高效运行,并对国内同类高酸气田管线內腐蚀原因分析予以参考。 The safety problem of high sour natural gas pipeline in high sour gas field is always the focus of gas field.Taking a gas field of Sichuan as an example,high sulfur gas gathering station acid gas pipeline inspection was tracked,through comprehensive detailed investigation,the statistics of twelve gas gathering station inspection data showed that production pipe,measuring pipe,drainage pipe,vent pipe and other different parts appeared different pipeline internal corrosion and the corrosion of high acid gas pipeline was summed up,the reason and mechanism of corrosion were analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward,safety and efficient operation of high acid gas field were effectively ensured,and the cause of corrosion of domestic high sour gas fields in the pipeline analysis was analyzed as a reference.
