甲醇制烯烃装置催化剂跑损原因分析及改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 作为替代石油生产低碳烯烃的工艺路线,甲醇制烯烃技术在国内已经发展成熟。但是,在建成的几套装置中都出现了催化剂跑损严重的问题,而催化剂的跑损造成了催化剂活性中心外溢并与生成的油类物质结合在一起形成蜡状物,堵塞下游管道及换热器,影响了甲醇制烯烃装置的正常运行。本文根据已投产的甲醇制烯烃装置运行状况,综合分析了催化剂跑损的原因并在此基础上提出了几个改进措施。 As a substitute for petrochemical technical routes to olefins production,the technology of methanol to olefins( MTO) has become a research focus in coal chemical industry recently. However,a serious problem of catalyst running loss have been appeared in several sets of devices. Run catalyst loss caused spillover catalyst activity center and the generated form wax oil matter together blocked downstream pipe and heat exchanger,it affected the normal operation of the methanol to olefins device. Combining the running status of methanol to olefins devices that had been put into operation,the causes of catalyst running loss were comprehensive analyzed and several improvement measures were put forward.
