中外高校个性化人才培养比较研究

A Comparative Study on Cultivation of Individualized Talents in Chinese and Foreign Universities

个性化人才培养是当今世界著名高校人才培养的一个主要特征,用人单位多样化的人才需求促使中国高校必须向个性化人才培养转变。本文首先简要介绍了国内外几所著名大学在个性化人才培养方面的培养模式,然后,对其从主要组成要素方面进行了对比分析,结论认为,在个性化人才培养方面,与国外名校相比,中国依然有不小的差距。中国高校首先要改变办学理念,然后从课程设置、教学方法等方面改革,世界一流大学的梦想才会越来越近。

Personalized talent training is one of the main characteristics of talent cultivation in today’s world famous universities,it is diverse personnel needs of employers making Chinese higher education transform into individualized talents training. The individualized training modes of several famous universities at home and abroad were briefly introduced,and the main elements of the cultivation of individual talents from home and abroad were compared and analyzed. A conclusion was drew that it still has to be a large gaps compared with the foreign famous universities in the cultivation of personalized talents at present. Chinese universities must first change the educational principle,and then the dreams of being the first-class university in the world will come to realize by means of starting with the reforms on curriculum setting,teaching methods,and so on.
