The technology development and education idea of ＂ Internet ＋＂ changed the life and learning style of college students.The traditional teaching can not meet the demands of their knowledge.The social transformation of the education ecology includes：the study object of the educational environment,the development of the educational content,the integration of the teaching in the classroom,the whole of the educational evaluation.Social learning comes from the perspective of technological development,group cognition,individual cognitive change and teachers＇ guidance to promote the development of higher education in four aspects.
