At present,China pays great attention to the development of preschool education,which makes preschool education usher into rapid development and quality upgrading.In the field of kindergarten teacher＇s professional development,newly recruited,senior and expert kindergarten teachers are all confronted with confusion in vocational skills,professional interpersonal relationship and occupational environment.The paper probes into the dilemma and countermeasures of preschool teacher＇s professional development,trying to provide suggestions for preschool teacher＇s professional development and for the stabilization of teachers＇ team and thus improving the quality of preschool education.
