Vistas for Organized Globalsemiotics

当代符号学是全球性的交叉学科,在此基础之上,如何利用并整合已有的资源,组织起总体符号学,是一个值得探讨的议题。国际符号学会作为致力于在全球范围内推进符号学研究的组织,旨在提高学会的交流和透明性,促进国际学术合作;为此,学会将制定长期和短期的目标,使符号学的发展能够适应变化中的学术环境。

Contemporary semiotics is global interdisciplinary studies. How to use and integrate resources, and organize globalsemiotics is an issue to be discussed. IASS, as an organization which aims to develop global semiotics,attempts to promote the communication and transparency of the association, and the cooperation between its members as well as with other entities. It makes short-term and long-term commitments and plans to help semioticians become more adaptive to the changing academic environment.
