摘要
有机马铃薯的安全性高,这主要是因为有机马铃薯从种到收的每一个过程,都是受到严格控制的。马铃薯主粮化战略的提出,使马铃薯行业有了更大的发展空间。该文总结了有机马铃薯的营养价值,及其主要的栽培技术。
Because organic potatoes are tightly controlled from seed to harvest, they are very safe.The potato staple food strategy provides more space for the development of potato industry.In this paper, the nutritional value of potato and its main cultivation techniques were summarized.
