摘要
无组织排放一直是治理和监管的盲点,该文以《江苏省重点行业挥发性有机物排放量计算暂行办法》为基础,计算典型化工企业无组织挥发性有机物排放量,并提出了防治措施和监管要点。
Non-organization emission has been governance blind spots.According to the ＂Jiangsu Province key in- dustry volatile organic emissions calculation procedures＂ as the basis, calculate the non-organization emission source in typical chemical enterprises, put forward the prevention and control measures and the key points of the su- pervision.
