民族地区农村空巢老人养老服务问题及对策研究

A Study on Pension Service Dilemma of Rural Empty Nest Elderly in Ethnic Areas with Solutions

在人口老龄化的大背景下,民族地区空巢老人养老服务问题日益凸显。文章认为,我国民族地区农村空巢老人群体具有总量增长快、地区差异大、绝对量南高北低、相对量差异明显等重要特征,并据此提出了利用低成本优势,加快经济发展与城乡一体化建设,创新养老服务模式等对策建议。

With the trend of aging population, the care service issue of empty nest elderly is becoming including a fast growth of the total amount, big regional differences, the high absolute amount in Southern China and the low absolute amount in Northern China, as well as significant differences in relative quantity. It also puts forward suggestions on how to take advantages of low-cost, speed up economic development and integration of urban and rural areas and innovate pension service model.
