国内外典型配电网结构及其发展趋势综述

Review of Typical Distribution Network Structures and Its Development at Home and Abroad

从配电网负荷特性、配电网可靠性、配电网网架结构、配电自动化等方面总结了国内外典型配电网的结构及其发展趋势。对比各国负荷特性,分析各国配电网发展情况。基于国内外配电网可靠性统计方式及可靠性指标,提出可靠性指标提升措施建议。通过总结国内外配电自动化发展情况、建设模式,对比分析国内外配电自动化建设的着重点、采用配电自动化方案,给出推荐性借鉴意见,为我国开展配电网规划工作指明方向。

The structure and development trend of typical distribution network at home and abroad were summarized from the aspects of load characteristics of distribution network, reliability of distribution network, distribution network structure and distribution automation. This paper also compared the load characteristics of each country and analyzed the development of distribution network. Based on the reliability statistics and reliability index of the domestic and international distribution network, the reliability improvement measures were proposed. By summarizing the development situation and building mode of the domestic and international distribution automation, comparative analysis of power distribution automation about construction focus and adopted scheme was conducted, giving the recommended reference for China to develop distribution network planning.
