锰酸锂电池铅源添加对性能影响的计算机分析

摘要 在850℃下焙烧20 h得到产物尖晶石型Li_(1.05)Mn_(1.95-x)Pb_xO_4,其中原料分别为以电解二氧化锰、碳酸锂、硝酸铅。采用计算机图像分析的方法对掺杂不同量的元素铅对尖晶石锰酸锂结构、形貌以及电化学性能等的影响,结果表明:尖晶石型Li_(1.05)Mn_(1.95-x)Pb_xO_4中掺杂量x的变化会对锰酸锂的颗粒团聚、循环性能产生影响,同时材料的电化学性能也会随着掺杂量x的变化而变化。 The spinel Li(1.05)Mn(1.95-x)PbxO4 was prepared at 850 ℃ for 20 h with electrolytic manganese dioxide, lithium carbonate and lead nitrate as raw materials. The effects of doping different contents of lead on the structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of spinel lithium manganese were analyzed by computer image. The results show that the change of doping content x in spinel Li(1.05)Mn(1.95-x)PbxO4 may affect the particle agglomeration of lithium manganate and the cycle performance, and also the electrochemical properties of the materials will change with the change of x.
