摘要
以重卡金属零部件为基底进行石墨烯界膜剂成膜处理,考察了膜层的形貌、硬度、厚度及耐蚀性。测试结果表明:该产品成膜均匀、结合力好,使外涂层在耐蚀性、抗老化性、抗冲击性等技术指标方面均达到或优于磷化膜和陶瓷膜产品,且不会形成沉淀和废渣,绿色环保,值得推广应用。
The film forming treatment was carried out with graphene interface membrane based on heavy metal parts. The morphology, hardness, thickness and corrosion resistance of the film were investigated. The test results showed that the product had uniform film, good adhesion. External coating of the product was equal to or even better than that of nano-ceramic membrane and phosphate coating product on the aspects of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance and other technical index. Besides, the product would not form precipitate and waste residue. The graphene interface membrane was environmentally-friendly protection and worthy of popularization and application.
