摘要
介绍了六价铬替代物在锌铝涂料中的应用现状。要代替三氧化铬,所选用的物质必须具备钝化、黏结和自修复三大功能。钝化剂与成膜物质组合使用的研究已经取得了很大进展,且已有大量的产品获得了实际应用,而具有自修复功能的产品还较少,有待于进一步的开发研究。
The application status of substitutes for Cr^6+ in zinc-aluminum coatings was introduced. The substitutes for Cr^6+ should have the properties of passivation, cohesiveness and self-reparing. The research on combination of passivator and film-forming agent has made a great progress and a large number of products have been applied. The products with self-reparing function is still less of development, so further research and development is necessary.
