城镇化背景下皖北地区人居环境建设困扰因素与优化路径

Study on the Disturbing Factors and Optimization Path of Residential Environment Construction in the North of Anhui Province under the Background of Urbanization

以城镇化为背景,建立了区域城乡人居环境建设困扰因素的评价指标体系,并以皖北地区6市为例,基于IPA法对城镇化背景下皖北地区城乡人居环境建设困扰因素的重要性和表现(绩效)进行评估研究,发现皖北地区城乡人居环境建设的主要困扰因素是城乡生态环境、城乡交通网络和城乡卫生通信体系,因此,为了推进城乡人居环境建设的可持续发展,皖北地区应加强城乡生态环境、城乡交通网络以及城乡卫生通信体系建设。

Taking the urbanization as the background, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the urban and rural residential environment construction factors. Based on the IPA method, this paper ana- lyzes the factors affecting the urban and rural residential environment construction in the north of anhui province under the urbanization background, It is found that urban and rural ecological environment, urban and rural transportation network and urban and rural health communication system are the main problems in the construction of urban and rural residential environment in northern anhui. Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable development of urban and rural living environment, the construction of urban and rural ecological environment, urban and rural transportation network and urban and rural health communication system should be strengthened.
