护士工作体验调查量表的信度和效度分析

Reliability and Validity Analysis of Nurses' Work Experience Inventory

目的:探讨护士工作体验调查量表的信度和效度。方法:采用卫计委医院管理研究所研发的护士工作体验调查表对临床护士进行问卷调查,采用统计学方法进行信度、效度分析。结果:问卷的Cronbach's系数值为0.964,分析22个条目,系数≤0.964,全部保留;经因子分析KMO统计量为0.956,非常接近1;且Bartlett球形度检验统计量为10559.399,其伴随概率为0.000,相关矩阵与单位矩阵具有显著差异。量表经因子分析共提取3个公因子,公因子的累计方差贡献率为73.087%,且每个条目在相应因子上的因子载荷>0.5,各条目对某一公因子具有较高负荷。结论:护士工作体验调查量表具有较好的信度、效度,可用于护士工作体验的调查评估,对护理管理改进具有指导作用。

Objective：To investigate reliability and validity of the nurses′ work experience inventory. Methods：A questionnaire survey was carried out by the nurses′ work experience questionnaire which developed by the Institute of Hospital Administration of Health and Family Planning Commission. Reliability and validity were analyzed by statistical methods. Results：The questionnaire Cronbach′s value is 0. 964,the analysis of 22 items,and the coefficient is less than 0. 964. All of them were retained. After the factor analysis,the KMO statistic was 0. 956,which was very close to 1,and the Bartlett sphericity test statistic was about 10559. 399,with a concomitant probability of 0. 000. Correlation matrix and unit matrix had significant difference. Scale factor analysis was used to extract 3 common factors,the cumula-tive variance contribution rate of the common factor was 73. 087%,and the factor load of each item on the corresponding factor was higher than 0. 5. Each item has a high load on a common factor. Conclusion：The nurses′ work experience questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be used for the investigation and evaluation of nurses′work experience,and has a guiding effect on the improvement of nursing management.
