Strengthening the communication ability of college student leaders has an important practical role in establishing the harmonious campus and promoting the social stability. College students have strong self consciousness, weak team consciousness, poor ability to resist setbacks, and bring challenges to the work of college student leaders. We can improve the communication skills of college students by strengthening training and learning, improving language skills, improving communication skills and making use of network communication.
