家庭督导员疾病管理水平对肺结核患者治疗依从性、生存质量及自护能力的影响

Influence of Family Supervisor Disease Management for Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis on Treatment Compliance,Quality of Life and Self-care Ability

目的:探讨家庭督导员疾病管理水平对肺结核患者治疗依从性、自护能力、生存质量的影响。方法:115例肺结核患者均由家庭督导员督导抗结核治疗,根据疾病管理水平分为高水平组37例、中水平组40例及低水平组38例,比较各疾病管理水平组对肺结核患者治疗依从性、各项生存质量及自护能力的影响。结果:随着家庭督导员疾病管理水平的逐渐提高,肺结核患者治疗依从性、生存质量评分及自护能力均呈明显升高的趋势(P<0.05)。结论:加强家庭督导员疾病管理水平可明显改善肺结核患者的治疗依从性、自护能力及生存质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of family supervisor disease management for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis ontreatment compliance,self-care ability and life quality.Methods：A total of 115 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients by home supervi -sors were supervised anti tuberculosis treatment .According to the levels of disease management ,these patients were divided into high levelgroup（n =37）,middle level group（n =40） and low level group（n =38）.The effects on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treatmentcompliance and the quality of life and self-care ability were compared between three groups .Results：With the increase of family supervisordisease management,patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treatment compliance ,quality of life score and self-care ability were significantlyincreased（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening family supervisor disease management can significantly improve the treatment complianceof patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,self-care ability and quality of life.
