摘要
医学教育模式发展十分迅速,传统的教学方式已经不能满足现代化的发展要求。以中国医科大学泌尿外科学教学经验为基础,开展微课及翻转课堂这种全新的教学模式。此教学模式提前制作教学视频,上课前一周让学生自学,教师提供在线辅导,最后教师在课堂进行讲解,有效提高了学生的教育水平,增加了学习积极性,有着广阔的应用前景。
With the rapid development of medical education the traditional teaching approach could not meet the modern requirements. Flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture was performed based on the urological teaching experience in China Medical University. The procedures consist of making teaching videos in advance,finishing self-study at home a week before class,providing online tutoring and explaining the answers at class by teachers. This new teaching approach have increased the teaching effectiveness and learning enthusiasm. It may have a broad application prospect.
