民办本科院校创新型人才培养体系的构建——以河北美术学院为例

How to Construct the Cultivation System for Innovative Talents in Private Universities——Take Hebei Academy of Fine Arts as the Example

当前社会已进入知识创造经济、创新带动发展的历史阶段,创新型人才已成为推动社会发展的主力军。民办高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在创新型人才培养中发挥着重要作用。但是部分民办高校存在着办学基础条件较差、师资力量薄弱、办学模式单一、办学定位不明确等问题,制约了创新型人才的培养。河北美术学院以培养创新型应用人才作为培养目标,探索形成了一条涵盖教学模式、培养体系、师资建设、评价标准等多层次的创新型人才培养体系。民办高校要适应新的社会需求,确立正确的人才培养定位,寻求自身提升,培养创新型人才,为区域经济发展服务。

Now the society has entered into a new historical phase in which knowledge may create economy and innovation will boost development, and innovative talents have become the main force to promote the development of society. Private universities are the important part of Chinese higher education, and play the important function in the cultivation of innovative talents. But there exist a few serious problems in some private universities which restrict the cultivation of innovative talents, Such as the weak basic conditions in running school, shortage of qualified teachers, single mode in running school, ambiguous orientation in school etc. Hebei Academy of Fine Arts takes the cultivation of innovative talents as its aim, and tries to explore and form the innovative talents cultivation system which in multiple levels covers the teaching mode, cultivation system, construction of teachers resources, and eval- uation standard etc. Private universities should adapt to the new requirement of the society, establish the correct o- rientation of talent cultivation, seek to improve themselves, cultivate the innovative talents, and serve the develop- ment of the regional economy.
