摘要
利用水热法分别制备了SnO_2和La掺杂SnO_2粉末样品。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和智能气敏分析系统对其结构、形貌以及对乙醇气体的敏感性能进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的粉末样品均呈四方石结构,La的掺入未改变SnO_2的晶体结构;此外,La的掺入无新相出现但使颗粒出现了团聚现象。掺入La的样品极大地提高了对乙醇气体的敏感性能,且灵敏度随着乙醇浓度的增加而增加。
SnO2 and La doped SnO2 powder samples were prepared by hydrothermal method. The structure and gas sensing properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and intelligent gas sensing system. Results showed that all prepared samples were presenting tetragonal structure, and La ion had not change the crystal structure of SnO2. In addition, La doped sample did not appear new phase but the particles appeared congregated. La doped sample greatly enhanced the sensitivity of ethanol gas, and the sensitivity increased with the increase of ethanol concentration.
