摘要
通过选择不同尼龙树脂相对粘度,不同种类增韧剂,不同种类润滑剂和不同种类抗氧剂,研究了玻纤增强尼龙6和尼龙66在高温高湿下的表面电阻。结果表明,不同相对粘度的尼龙树脂对水煮后的表面电阻影响不大;POE类增韧剂对水煮后的表面电阻影响也不大,而EMA类增韧剂明显降低材料的表面电阻;不同种类的润滑剂和抗氧剂对表面电阻影响差别较大。
The surface resistance of fiber-reinforced nylon 6 and nylon 66 with different relative viscosity nylon resins, different toughening agents, different lubricants and different antioxidants were studied. The results showed that the different relative viscosity of nylon 6 and nylon 66 resin didn't have impact on the surface resistance. The effect of POE type toughening agent on the surface resistance of boiled water was not significant, and the surface resistance of the material was obviously reduced by EMA type toughening agent. Lubricant and antioxidants had great influences on the surface resistance.
