摘要
通过加入PP和PP-g-MAH改性PA66/PP合金,在不同的实验条件下,研究材料的吸水率和尺寸稳定性关系,目的在于通过调整材料的吸水率提升材料的尺寸稳定性。结果表明:无论是在常温或者高温高湿条件下,PP的加入可以大大地降低PA66树脂吸水率,提高PA66复合材料的尺寸稳定性,而吸水率的变化直接影响导PA66材料尺寸的稳定性与PA66成反比例,通过加入加入PP和PP-g-MAH的改性PA66/PP合金复合材料,在吸水率和尺寸稳定性都明显优于PA66纯树脂。
The PA66/PP modified alloy was prepared by adding PP and PP-g-MAH. The relationship between water absorption rate and dimensional stability was determined under various experimental conditions. The purpose was to improve the dimensional stability of the material by adjusting the water absorption of the material. At both conditions of room temperature or high temperature and humidity, the results indicated that water absorption of PA66 resin was substantially reduced by adding polypropylene, and the addition of PP could also improve dimensional stability of PA66 composites. It resulted into the inverse relation of dimensional stability and PA66 resin. The PA66/PP alloy of water absorption and dimensional stability were better than that of PA66 resin.
