摘要
从化工厂废水中筛选甲砜甲苯降解菌,对菌种进行鉴定,考察菌种对甲砜甲苯的降解特性。分离得到一株能甲砜甲苯为唯一碳源和能源生长的菌株,初步鉴定其为棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum),命名为棘孢木霉1285。菌株棘孢木霉1285最适降解条件为29℃,p H 5.5,30%的菌种培养物添加量,该菌株在5 h内能够将浓度为2 g·L-1的甲砜甲苯降解65%以上,该菌对甲砜甲苯的降解效率高,在芳香族化合物的污染治理中将会有一定的应用潜力。
The methyl sulfone toluene (MST)- degrading strains were found and isolated from waste water of chemical plant, and the degradation characteristics for MST were studied. The strain was preliminarily identified as Trichoderma asperellum, named Trichoderma asperellum 1285. The optimum conditions of the strain 1285 were 29℃ , pH 5.5 and 30% inoculums added, and under the optimum conditions 2 g ·L-1 MST waste water was degraded more than 65% after 5 h. In this MST degrading strains Trichoderma asperellum 1285 was isolated. It can effectively degraded of MST that will have a certain application potential in the aromatic compounds pollution control.
