摘要
彩叶植物在园林景观色彩营造方面发挥着关键的作用,光照是影响彩叶植物叶色表现的重要环境因素之一。为探索遮光处理对彩叶植物叶色的影响,以金叶红王子锦带、紫叶红王子锦带、金叶水蜡、金叶红瑞木4种彩叶灌木为材料,自然光光照为对照(T_0),用遮阴网设置3个遮光处理(T_1、T_2和T_3),对其在不同处理下的叶色表现、叶色参数、光合色素含量和花色苷含量进行了测定。结果表明,在不同遮光处理下,随着遮光程度的增加,4种彩叶灌木的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素含量均显著增加,叶绿素与类胡萝卜素的比值也显著增加,花色素苷含量则出现下降的趋势。上述研究明确了4种彩叶灌木在不同遮光处理下的表现,为其科学合理应用提供了理论依据。
Color-leafed plants, which is known for its colorful leaves, play pivotal roles in the landscape architecture construction. Light is one of important environmental factors that affect the leaf color performance on color-leafed plants. To research the effect of shading treat- ments on leaf colors of color-leafed plants, in this study, four color-leafed shrub plants, including Weigelaflorida Red Prince ' Aurea' , Wei- gela florida Red Prince ' Foliia purpureis' , Ligustrum obtusifolium ' Aurea' and Comus alba ' Aurea' , were used as materials, the natural illumination set was used as control ( To ) test, and leaf color performance, leaf color parameters, contents of photosynthetic pigments and anthocyanin were examined in three shading treats with shading network set (Tl , T2 and T3 ). The result showed that the four indexes, in- cluding contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll, carotenoid and the ratio of chlorophyll to carotenoid were obviously increased, while the contents of anthocyanin decreased with the decreasing of shading treatments. These results above clearly indicated the performance under different shading treatment and provided scientific basis for rational use in the future.
