摘要 七星瓢虫是蚜虫等害虫的重要天敌之一。为温室蔬菜蚜虫的生物防治提供技术支持,采用室内塑料箱饲养结合田间释放的方法研究七星瓢虫规模化生产与释放应用技术。结果表明:将七星瓢虫放入豆蚜繁殖的塑料箱一起扩繁,这样一体化扩繁技术更接近田间七星瓢虫和蚜虫的生长与捕食关系,增加七星瓢虫生长空间的同时降低了其幼虫期自相残杀现象和成虫对卵粒的取食;饲养过程中不需要每天更换和添加蚜虫,大大减少了劳动力,整个生产流程简便易行,可规模化饲养。以1∶40(卵∶蚜虫)及1∶80(幼虫∶蚜虫)的瓢蚜比释放到黄瓜棚内,10 d后七星瓢虫对黄瓜蚜虫的控制效果分别达86.18%和84.40%。 Coccinella septempunctata is one of important natural enemies to aphids and other pests. The large scale production and release ap- plication of C. septempunctata were studied by indoor raising and field release methods to provide the technological support for biological con- trol of vegetable aphids in a greenhouse. Results : The integration propagation technology of C. septempunctata and Aphis craccivora in the same plastic box is more closed to the growth and predation relation between C. septempunctata and aphids in field, which can increase growth space of C. septemptmctata, reduce internecine phenomena between larvae and decrease adults' feeding eggs at the same time. The large scale raising of C. septempunctata can be realized by using the integration propagation technology with advantages of simple production process and lower labor cost. The control effect of C. septempunctata against cucumber aphid under the release proportion of 1 : 40 ( eggs : a- phids) and 1:80 (larvae: aphids) in the cucumber greenhouse is up to 86.18 % and 84.40 %, respectively.
