摘要
利用诱蝇醚(Methyleugenol)和诱蝇酮(Cuelure)2种信息素诱剂对滇西南南汀河流域实蝇(Fruit fly)种群开展系统监测和网捕调查,共捕获实蝇43种。已鉴定明确学名的种类有34种,分属寡毛实蝇亚科(Dacinae)和实蝇亚科(Trypetinae)2个亚科,寡毛实蝇族(Dacini)和阿坎洞实蝇族(Acanthonevrini)2个族,离腹寡毛实蝇属(Bactrocera)、合腹寡毛实蝇属(Dacus)和阿坎洞实蝇属(Acanthonevra)3个属;捕获种类最多的监测点达30种,捕获量最高达40 504头,不同层次区域间实蝇捕获量差异达显著(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01);桔小实蝇[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)dorsalis(Hendel)]和瓜实蝇[Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)cucurbitae(Coquillett)]为优势种,南瓜实蝇[Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)tau(Walker)]为常见种;桔小实蝇、瓜实蝇、南瓜实蝇、泰实蝇[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)thailandica Drew&Hancock]和哈迪氏果实蝇[Bactrocera(Bactrocera)hardyi zhang,ji et chen]5种实蝇呈周年发生,其余实蝇种类呈季节性发生;桔小实蝇全年出现2次万头以上发生峰期,其他几种实蝇发生峰期和发生数量各有差异。
Two kinds of pheromone luring agent, namely, Methyleugenol and Cuelure, were used to carry out systematic monitoring and net- trap survey on fruit fly species in Nanting River Basin of Southwestern Yunnan, during which, 43 species of fruit flies were captured. There were 34 species the scientific names of which had been identified, which respectively belonged to 2 subfamilies (Dacinae and Trypetinae), 2 families (Dacini and Acanthonevrini), and 3 genera (Bactrocera, Dacus and Acanthonevra). At a monitoring point beating the largest a- mount of species, 30 species were captured, 40 504 fruit flies in total, and among different regional levels, the difference in the amount of fruit flies being captured was on a significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) or extremely significant level ( P 〈 0.01 ). Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis ( Hen- del) and Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett) were dominant species. Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) tau (Walker) was a common species. Five species of fruit flies, which are Bactrocera ( Bactrocera ) dorsalis (Hendel), Bactroeeru ( Zeugodacus ) cucurbitae (Coquille- tt ), Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) tau (Walker), Bactrocera ( Bactrocera ) thailandica Drew & Hancock, and Bactrocera (Bactrocera) hardyi zhang, ji et then, occurred in a whole year, but the others occurred with seasonal characteristic. Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel) showed two reproduction peaks when the reproduced amount was over 10 000, and the other species were different in reproduction peak and reproduced amount.
