三峡库区苎溪河地表径流指示微生物和水质检测 被引量:6

摘要 为了解城镇地表径流对三峡库区苎溪河水质微生物污染指标的影响程度。于2013年6月及12月采集苎溪河周边仙鹤桥(样点1)、沙河镇街道办事处(样点2)、万斛村(样点3)、天仙湖黄金海岸(样点4)、天仙湖广场(样点5)等5个样点的地表径流监测细菌(CFU)、总大肠菌群(FC)、粪大肠菌群(TC)、粪链球菌(SF)4种指示微生物指标,同时采集上述5个样点的苎溪河河水,测定水质浊度。结果表明,苎溪河地表径流中的CFU和TC较高,冬夏两季的差异较为显著,样点3中各种指示菌的浓度较高,指示菌的相关性比较明显;监测的5个样点地表径流功能类别都超过了Ⅴ类地表水要求,不符合城市污染物排放标准;夏季苎溪河的水质浊度较冬季高,样点3在夏季的浊度最高。苎溪河的水质浊度与地表径流指示菌浓度一致。 In order to understand the extent of the effect of urban surface runoff on the microbial contamination indicators of Zhuxi fiver in Three Gorges Reservoir. Bridge crane, Shahe Town district offices, Wanhu Village, Gold Coast of Tianxian lake and Tianxian lake Plaza were selected as sampling points from which 5 surface water samples were collected on 6 and 12 month in 2013. Indicator organisms indexes including bacteria (CFU) , total eoliforms( TC ), fecal coliform( FC ) and fecal streptococcus (FS)in water samples were analyzed, while the water turbidity of these 5 samples from Zhuxi river were tested. The result showed that the concentrations of CFU and FC were higher in 5 surface runoff samples of Zhuxi fiver,the difference was significant between winter and summer, the concentrations of indicator organisms in samples 3 were relatively higher, and the correlation of indicator organisms was obvious. The runoff functional categories of 5 samples were beyond standard Grade V, failing to meet the urban pollutant emission standards. The water turbidity of Zhuxi fiver in summer was higher than that in winter, and the turbidity of sample 3 in the summer was the highest. The water turbidity of Zhuxi fiver was consistency with the concentration of indicator organisms in urban surface runoff.
