水相法合成三(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑及其应用性能

摘要 以三氧化二锑和巯基乙酸异辛酯为原料,采用水相法合成三(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑,并对其合成工艺影响因素、抗紫外性能、动态热稳定性能和透明度进行了研究。结果表明:三(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑的最优合成工艺为n(6份巯基乙酸异辛酯)∶n(1份三氧化二锑)=(1.05~1.1)∶1,反应温度40~80℃,反应时间60 min;当三(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑(含1.2%紫外光吸收剂UV-531)用量为1.5~2.5份时,PVC样片综合性能最优。 Antimony tri( isooctyl thioglycollate)( ATOT ) was synthesized from antimony trioxide and isooctyl thioglycollate by aqueous phase method. The influencing factors of synthesis process, UV stability property, thermal stability and transparency of ATOT were researched. The results showed that the optimal synthesis process was as follows: molecular ratio of isooctyl thioglycollate (6 phr) to antimony trioxide(1 phr) was (1.05 -1.1 ) : 1, reaction temperature was 40 -80 ℃, reaction time was 60 min. When the content of UV-531 was 1.2% by mass and the content of ATOT was 1.5 -2.5 phr, the PVC specimen had the best comprehensive performance.
