摘要
介绍了循环冷却水系统概况,并对循环冷却水系统能耗进行了评估,对循环冷却水系统节能优化进行了分析与改造:(1)改进泵的结构设计,从影响水泵能耗最根本的3大要素(管路阻抗、运行效率、输送流量)入手,提高水力效率;(2)优化系统的配置与运行。
The circulating cooling water system was introduced, and the energy consumption of the system was evaluated. The energy saving optimization of the system was analyzed and made. The designedstructure of the pump was improved in terms of three basic factors of influercing power consump- tion of the pump, i.e. pipe impedance, operation efficiency, and flowrate, in order to increase hydraulic efficiency. The configuration and operation of the system was optimized.
