口服中药对妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复作用的Meta分析

The effect of oral traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological abdominal surgery:a meta-analysis

目的系统评价口服中药对妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法检索Pubmed、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、万方数据库中关于口服中药对妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的随机对照临床研究文献,利用Revman 5.2进行Meta分析,检验水平为α=0.1。结果共纳入13篇文献,Meta分析结果显示口服中药能缩短患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间(Z=1.94,P=0.05)、首次肛门排气时间(Z=3.33,P<0.01)、首次排便时间(Z=2.41,P=0.02)、腹胀持续时间(Z=1.99,P=0.05)、恶心呕吐持续时间(Z=20.05,P<0.01)。结论口服中药可有效促进妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of oral traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods A systematic literature search was conducted by using PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastruture（CNKI）,SinoMed,and Wanfang Data.The data from RCT were pooled and analyzed.Meta-analysis was performed by using Revman5.2 software（α=0.1）.Results Thirteen studies were eligible for our review.The meta-analysis showed that the oral TCM could reduce the time of bowel sounds recovery（Z =1.94,P =0.05）,the first anal exhaust time（Z =3.33,P〈0.01）,the first defecation time（Z=2.41,P =0.02）,the duration of abdominal distension（Z=1.99,P =0.05）,and the duration of nausea and vomiting（Z=20.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion This meta-analysis found that the oral TCM was beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological abdominal surgery.
