三聚磷酸钠对某鲕状赤铁矿粉磨效率的影响及其作用机理

摘要 本文研究了三聚磷酸钠对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿磨矿效率的影响,并结合矿浆粘度、吸附特性等指标的测定,研究了助磨剂的作用机理。结果表明:在最优试验条件下,<0.074mm粒级的磨矿产品含量可提高29.83%,效果明显。三聚磷酸钠降低了矿浆粘度,促使颗粒分散,在赤铁矿表面产生了物理吸附和化学吸附,降低了赤铁矿表面硬度。 The effect of STPP on the grinding efficiency of hematite was studied and the mechanism was also analyzed in this paper by measuring the grinding pulp viscosity and the absorption characteristics. The results showed that the content of 〈0.074 mm ground product was increased by29.83% under the appropriate conditions using STPP as grinding aid. STPP reduced the pulp viscosity and prompted the particle dispersion; STPP formed physical and chemical adsorption on the hematite surface, reduced the surface hardness of the hematite.
