摘要
离子聚合物金属复合材料IPMC(Ionic Polymer Metal Composite)是一种新型的离子型电致动材料,在微机电驱动领域具有巨大的应用前景,但潮湿的工作环境限制了其广泛应用。本文通过去除添加的ZnO纳米颗粒制备多孔Nafion基底膜,构筑适合离子液体迁移的孔道,提高IPMC的离水工作时间。实验结果表明:较无孔-离子液IPMC,多孔-离子液IPMC的输出位移提高了7倍;较多孔-水IPMC,多孔-离子液IPMC表现出稳定的输出位移和输出力性能。
Ionic polymer metal composite is a new kind of ionic electroactive polymer, which have a great potential in the actuation of micro-electro-mechanical system. However, the humid environment hmits its further application. In this paper, the porous IPMC is fabricated using zinc oxide particulate leaching method, the channels suitable for migration of ionic liquid is generated, improving the air-operating time of IPMC. The results show that compared with the IPMC with ionic liquid as the solvent, the porous IPMC with ionic liquid exhibits 7 times higher displacement, and compared with the porous IPMC with water as solvent, the prous IPMC with ionic liquid exhibits the extremely stable output displacement and blocking force.
