Optimization extracting the licorice flavonoids from residue of glycyrrhiza using response surface analysis

摘要 以甘草渣为实验材料,研究并优化利用超声辅助提取甘草渣中甘草总黄酮的提取工艺。以得率为指标,采用响应面法优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明:最优提取条件为药材粉末加37倍量体积分数为67%的乙醇溶液,超声提取1.2h,甘草总黄酮得率为0.933%。优选所得的工艺稳定可行,可作为甘草总黄酮的提取工艺。 The residue of Glycyrrhiza was taken as test materials. Ultrasonic-assisted extracting licorice flavonoids from the residue of Glycyrrhiza was studied and optimized. Taking the yield of flavonoids as index, the response surface analysis was applied for optimizing the extracting technology. The results showed licorice flavonoids were extracted by which 37 times 67% ethanol was added to the residue powder, then it was extracted by ultrasonic for 1.2h. The yield of licorice flavonoids was 0.933%. The optimized technique was available and stable, which can be applied as the extracting technology of licorice flavonoids.
