井控技术理论在小井眼钻井中喷漏问题探究 被引量:3

摘要 小井眼钻井具有成本低、速度快、周期短,有利于环保等显著优势,特别是连续油管关键技术的突破,使得小井眼钻井的应用更为广泛。针对江汉油田在小井眼钻井中井漏、井喷事故频发的问题,结合连续油管钻井技术与江汉油田地质、油气的特点,分析了小井眼井漏、井喷的原因。从井控技术的基本理论着手,对小井眼钻井过程中的井控技术与常规井进行比较,紧接着从钻井液性能和钻井工艺方面阐述适应于小井眼钻井中的防喷漏措施。经在江汉油田不同区块的多口小井眼井中实践证明,这些措施收到了较好的防漏防喷效果。 Slimhole drilling with low cost, fast speed, short cycle, is conducive to environmental protection and other significant advantages, especially with the breakthrough of coiled tubing key technologies, make the application of slimhole drilling more widely. The accident of lost circulation and sticking are very frequent in slim hole side- tracking of Jianghan Oilfield. On the basis of the Coiled tubing technology,the characteristics of Jianghan oil reservoir, the paper analyses the reasons of lost circulation and sticking in slim hole sidetracking. According to the basic principle of well-control technology, the paper carried out the comparison between the well-control technology in the slim-hole drilling, and that in the regular well drilling, then elaborated from the drilling fluid properties and drilling technology suitable for the blowout of the leakage of slimhole drilling measures. Through field application in sidetracking wells in Jianghan Oilfield, these measures have better effect to prevent lost circulation and sticking.
