摘要
针对某船主机调距桨液压油出现乳化故障,在故障定位过程中应用精密水分分析仪和光谱分析仪对调距桨液压油进行了水分和元素含量测试,结合数据分析确定了发生故障的原因。通过监测修复后调距桨中液压油水分含量,指出了油液分析技术是设备监测与故障诊断的一种重要技术手段。
Aimed at the hydraulic oil emulsification of marine controllable pitch propeller, the moistrue and spectral analysis were used to test the hydraulic oil during the diagnose process. Based on the analysis results, the reason of the fault was confirmed. By monitoring the moisture in hydraulic oil of the controllable pitch propeller after repaired, showed that oil analysis is an important technology method in machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
